Is there Uber at SJD Airport? +
No. Uber, Lyft, and ride-hailing apps do not operate at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). The airport is a federal zone — only licensed operators can pick up passengers. A pre-booked private transfer with All Ways Cabo is the safest alternative.
How much does a private Cabo airport transfer cost? +

Where do I meet my driver at SJD Airport? +
After claiming your luggage and clearing customs, you will see two doors that lead in the same direction. Keep walking — do not stop for timeshare representatives. Once outside, walk past the taxi drivers and cross the yellow stripes toward the "Island Bar." An All Ways Cabo hostess holding an "ALL WAYS CABO CHECKPOINT" sign will be waiting for you in Canopy 3. Do you track flights for delays? +
Yes. We use real-time flight tracking for every reservation. If your flight is delayed, our driver adjusts automatically at no extra charge. You will never be left waiting or charged a late fee.
Do you provide baby seats or child car seats? +
Yes. We provide complimentary infant and child car seats upon request. Please specify the number of children and their approximate ages at the time of booking.
What is included in the price? +

How long is the drive from SJD Airport to Cabo San Lucas? +
The drive takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes via the toll highway. Hotels along the Tourist Corridor (Chileno Bay, Montage, Grand Velas) are 20–35 minutes. San José del Cabo hotels are only 10–15 minutes. All toll fees are included.
Is your Cabo shuttle private or shared? +

Can I book a transfer to Todos Santos or the East Cape? +

How do I pay? +
You have two options: pay online with any major credit or debit card via Stripe (your rate is locked at booking), or pay in cash (USD) directly to your driver upon arrival. Paying in cash avoids the 16% tax, so your total is lower. Either way — no surprises.

What happens if I need to cancel? +

Is there a late-night surcharge? +
For One Way Transfer and Round Trip Transfer services scheduled between 11 PM and 5 AM, a per-hour night surcharge applies ($85–$195 depending on vehicle). Airport services (Airport Round Trip and Airport One Way) are not subject to this surcharge.
Do you serve all hotels in Los Cabos? +

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, especially during peak season (December–April) and holidays. Last-minute bookings are accepted when availability allows.
