Q: How much does wedding transportation cost in Los Cabos?

Pricing is per vehicle per run, not per person — a written quote lists every vehicle and every run for the full wedding weekend. Venue zone, guest count, and days of coverage set the total. You will receive a written quote — every vehicle, every run, one fixed rate per vehicle.

Q: How far in advance should we book wedding transportation in Cabo?

6 to 12 months for November-April weddings — high-season fleets book out with the venues. The wedding page works best when guests receive it with the save-the-date.

Q: Do you work directly with our wedding planner?

Yes — most of our weddings come through planners. We deliver a vehicle-by-vehicle schedule before the wedding week and keep one coordinator reachable throughout.

Q: Can you handle a wedding at Flora Farms or Acre?

Yes — both are core routes. Our drivers know the farm access roads and turnaround points, which matters for Sprinters and larger vehicles.

Q: Do you run late-night returns after the reception?

Yes — return loops are built into the plan, with a standby window so guests leave when they want and the last group always has a ride.

When to book

When to Book and How Pricing Works

Peak wedding season in Los Cabos runs November through April, and wedding fleets book 6 to 12 months out — couples marrying in high season should lock transportation with their venue, not after it. Pricing is per vehicle per run, not per person: for guest shuttles that almost always beats guests booking individual rides, and it makes the budget predictable — your quote lists every vehicle and every run before you commit. Send your venue, dates, and approximate guest count. You will receive a written quote — every vehicle, every run, one fixed rate per vehicle.

What to Tell Your Guests

The Transportation tab of your wedding website answers three questions. First, the airport: fly into Los Cabos International (SJD) — not La Paz, not the small Cabo strip. Second, ground transportation: there is no Uber pickup at SJD and airport taxis negotiate at the curb, so point guests to your wedding page link — each guest books a private transfer with their flight details and a driver waits with their name. Third, the wedding-day shuttle: publish pickup hotels and times as soon as the schedule locks, and always include the return plan — guests relax when they know the night ends with a ride, not a negotiation.

Guests who prefer to book outside a wedding page can use our Cabo airport shuttle the same way — private vehicle, flight tracked, driver waiting with a name sign.

Suggested wording: “Ride-hailing does not operate at the Cabo airport. Use our wedding transportation link to book your airport transfer — a driver will be waiting with your name. Shuttles depart [Hotel] at [time]; returns run until the last guest leaves.”
