The zone's defining trait for arrivals is its geometry: the development's internal roads wind past roundabouts and unmarked turns that first-time drivers navigate by trial and error — our drivers stopped thinking about them years ago, and each resort gets its correct approach on the first pass. The second trait is its self-sufficiency's limit: evenings eventually point outward, to the farm restaurants of Las Animas Bajas ten minutes inland (Flora Farms and Acre are practically neighbors) or downtown San Jose fifteen minutes west, and taxis back to the marina thin out after dinner. Scheduled round-trips with the driver waiting close that gap nightly.
